Every 16th Sense tee comes with a blank NFC chip.

This means nothing is pre-linked, you decide what your tee shares.

How to Link Your Personal Details to the NFC Chip

Option 1: Using Your Smartphone (Easiest Method)

Step 1: Check NFC on Your Phone

• Android: NFC is usually ON by default (check settings)
• iPhone: Works automatically (iPhone XS and above

Step 2: Install an NFC Writing App

Download any NFC writing app from the Play Store / App Store:

• NFC Tools (recommended)
• NXP TagWriter
• Smart NFC

Step 3: Choose What You Want to Link

Open the app and select Write / Add Record, then choose:

• Website / link
• Instagram profile
• Contact card (vCard)
• Portfolio or business page
• Any URL you want

Step 4: Tap Your Tee

Hold your phone near the NFC area on the tee.

Wait for confirmation that’s it.

Your NFC tee is now linked.

Want to Change the Link Later?

No problem.

Just rewrite the chip using the same app.

You can update your details anytime.

Washing

• Wash inside-out
• Cold wash only
• Gentle cycle recommended
• Wash with similar colors

Drying

• Air dry preferred

• Avoid tumble drying

• Do not wring or twist

Ironing

• Iron inside-out only

• Do not iron directly over prints or the 16TH logo

• Low heat only

What to Avoid

• Do not bleach

• Do not dry clean

• Do not use fabric softeners

NFC Care Note

The NFC chip is securely embedded and wash-safe.

However, rough handling or extreme heat may affect performance.

Technology should be treated with care — just like identity.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We design in limited quantities and produce with intention.

Because of this, we follow a strict but fair policy.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Size issues (please check size guide carefully)
• Preference-based dissatisfaction
• Minor color variations (screen differences)

Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

EXCEPTIONS 

Returns or replacements will be considered only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect item
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear images/video must be shared via email
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability)
• Or store credit
• Refund only if replacement is not possible

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only in extreme and verified cases.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

All limited edition drops are final sale.

Once sold out, products are not restocked.

This policy helps us maintain originality, fairness, and integrity.
